GAMEPLAY

XMP, like all deep space mining corps, use boost jump packs for movement.  Boost jumping around the battlefield allows XMP units to ignore certain terrain features such as pits, and also move over gaps between high level terrain quickly.  This gives them an edge on battlefields with lots of different height levels.  The downside is they are restricted to straight line movement only, but like all units they can always run square by square when needed.  XMp take some of the longest range weapons into the game like the Laser Rifle and the Guided rockets.  They also carry deployable turrets which can cover areas of the battlefield with Overwatch.  XMP have a good spread of abilities and objectives are spread equally between hacking generators and capturing Horizons.  They are well suited to newer players but reward experienced players that can spot short cuts to their objectives.
